The Boletín de Arqueología PUCP is the journal published by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú’s Archaeology Department, Faculty of Humanities. The Boletín de Arqueología PUCP appeared in 1997 because a space where Peruvian archaeologists and their foreign colleagues could discuss was needed. The journal likewise continues the tradition established by the Boletín del Seminario de Arqueología del Instituto Riva-Agüero (Nos. 1-20, 1969-1978).
