THĒMIS – Revista de Derecho, published since 1965, is the first law journal edited by students of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is currently managed by the THĒMIS Civil Association. Recognized for its academic prestige, the journal serves as a platform for the publication and dissemination of original legal research that contributes to legal scholarship.
The journal is indexed in Latindex, CLASE, Dialnet, JournalTOCs, BASE, EBSCO, vLex, and more recently in ExpressO and Scholastica, ensuring high academic standards and editorial quality.
In order to promote research, the journal implements an open call for papers system, allowing the publication of works by any author, professional, or student interested in the field of law. Articles undergo a double-blind peer review process and are assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) to facilitate identification and citation in academic networks and databases.
